On the Distribution of an Analog to Classical Kronecker-Sequences Original Research Article

For a class of sequences in the s-dimensional unit-cube, which in some sense are a non-archimedean analog to the classical Kronecker-sequences, it is shown that for almost all of these sequences the discrepancy DN satisfies N · DN = O((log N)s · (log log N)2+ε) for every ε > 0.
