Andersonʹs Module for Cyclotomic Fields of Prime Conductor Original Research Article

Recently G. Anderson introduced an explicit Galois module image that is closely related to the ideal class group of a cyclotomic field. We study image for a cyclotomic fieldLof prime conductor. We prove that image has the same Tate cohomology groups as the ideal class group ofLand we show that the dual of image is a cyclic Galois module. In addition, we determine the structure of the 2-part of image for allLof conductor less than 10000.
