Explaining about effective factors & infrastructures on sport investment in Kermanshah

Background: The goal of this research is studying on explanation of effective factors & infrastructures on sport investment in Kermanshah from sport managers’ points of view. Materials and Methods: The research is descriptive, analysis & applied ones. 1008 points of view of managers (at least with associated degree) are collected in Kermanshah. The measurement tool is researcher’s questionnaire with 40 questions in Delfi method, justifiability questionnaire is same as formal one & its durability is determined about %85 by Cornbach test & it is used Freidman test for prioritizing the variables is used Kruskal-Wallis test. Results and Discussions: The results showed that among effective factors on investment in Kermanshah. The highest share related orderly to the management factors, economical & political factors, proper physical infrastructures, social & cultural factors & finally to geographical factors. Conclusion: The most important problem of investment, is just among information & transactions that press can play the best role in it by giving information simultaneously, also, if cannot use media correctly, the investment was not made because these days, media & press are language of economy in country.
