The nomenclature of chlorinated bornanes and camphenes relevant to toxaphene

In the literature the nomenclature used for chlorinated substances with bornane and camphene skeletons is nonuniform. In order to prevent misunderstandings the current WPAC rules are presented and applied to known Toxaphene components.
