Environmental optimisation of a hydro-moulding process

This work has been carried out in a medium-sized surface treatment industry. In this plant, spares are moulding in a water matrix to get the desired form before its surface treatment (anodising). We add special oil to every piece, in order to get a good shape on it. The aim of the optimisation is to minimise the amount of oil on the surface of the piece, the water pour per piece, and the increase of oil concentration in this water. In this study we will show a detailed description of every stage of the parameters design application.
