Disconjugacy, Disfocality, and Oscillation of Second Order Difference Equations

We obtain necessary and sufficient conditions for the disconjugacy, disfocality, or oscillation of the second order linear difference equation. The conditions are given explicitly in terms of the coefficients in the equation.
