On the Multiplicity of the Solutions of the Equation −Δu=λ•f(u)

Let Ω be a bounded open subset of n. We discuss conditions on the continuous function f: → ensuring that the problem −Δu=λ f(u) admits unboundedly many weak solutions in H10(Ω) for any positive real λ.
