To sum up where we are, I think we have insufficient funding today, but we are now in the best position for many years to get increased funding and we are pursuing that actively. As Paul Freund said, I think we will have increased emphasis on international collaborations. The support is building for more serious effort in the United States, as a result of the U.S. change of position in Geneva. We have had some favorable management changes in that, previously we were working by ourselves; now we are working much more closely with our center in Morgantown; also we are working with the power systems people, who realize that you are not going to introduce any advanced power cycles in the future unless they have some sort of option for CO2 control.
