Bilateral anterior shoulder dislocation in a young and healthy man without obvious cause

Bilateral shoulder dislocations are rare. Many cases are associated with trauma, but other mechanisms have been reported. We report on the case of a healthy 20-year-old man who presented with bilateral anterior shoulder dislocations without obvious cause.
