Brigandsʹ life is one of Jahiliyyaʹs phenomena that is cast with ambiguity in some aspects and needs explanation. These brigands are rebels against current Jahiliyya situation and strict customs in that society. They are expelled ones who were exiled by their tribes and aliens whom their parents rejected. This article on the one hand tries to focus on this phenomenon in the Jahiliyya and illustrate brigandsʹ manners and moralities, on the other hand it studies the position of their poetry and its important themes and features.
