Children are as divine deposits for their parents. They pass a part of their times with their teachers and tutors. Therefore; all of us should try to train and educate our children desirably so that they can play an important role in building and construction of their society. This is the same important parents’ and trainers’ duties. They should apply a suitable situation for gaining of supreme aims of training and education by the best and last methods. Since; God the Almighty is the only creator and real reason of the world, its better; for doing of such important mission to enjoy from Holy God’s guidance (who is the first human being’s teacher) and His prophets’ statements. By this ideology, we can apply different methods in ethical training. One of them is motivating and encouragement of human beings toward wisdom and perfection and prohibiting them from evil and wickedness. This is called a method of encouragement and punishment and separate evil from goodness. Thus; both encouragement and punishment are necessary and vital in training and education are based on the Islamic and Quranic ideas. God the Almighty; by sending the prophets guided human beings during his life and saved him from error manifest and evil. In this essay, we are going to explain the best and suitable method of training by using of divine inspiration, and statements of religious authorities and Islamic scientists in field of training sciences.
