Abstract :
ABSTRACT: This study was conducted to assess the impact of social capital on job satisfaction. The overall population of this study would consist of all of the Jihad Agriculture Organization experts in city of DIVANDARE (province of Kurdistan) (N=80). Sample size was estimated by using census. Main instrument of this study was a questionnaire whose validity was confirmed by a panel of experts and reliability was calculated by Cronbachʹs alpha coefficient. Data analysis was performed by SPSSver18 software. Results of correlation analysis showed that there are significant positive relationships between the social capital (relational, structural and cognitive dimensions) and job satisfaction. Results of Path Analysis also showed that relational social capital with ensemble of 9.40 percent has the greatest impact and structural social capital with ensemble of 16.7 percent has the least impact on the agricultural employeesʹ job satisfaction. The indicators of social capital would explain totally 50.1 percent of the variance of dependent variable changes in job satisfaction.
