Abstract :
ABSTRACT: This research was implemented to consider the relationship of performance among school educators with ethical and social development of high school students at district 1 and 2 in Rasht during the academic year 2011-2012.The research was descriptive and its method was correlative. The statistical society of the research is 75 teachers and 34623 students. By using methods of full and systemic random sampling, 75 teachers and 380 students were selected as the sample. In order to determine sample volume the Morgan table was used. For data collection standard tools consisting questionnaire of ethical features of Wodoreth and Vaynland social development questionnaire was used. Through Cronbachs Alpha the reliability of Wodoreth’s social development questionnaire was calculated 0/84 and the reliability of Vaynland’s social development questionnaire was calculated ./87..For statistical analysis at deductive level, Piersonʹs correlation parametric test and T test were used with two independent samples. The result of statistical tests at the level of %5 error showed that there is a meaningful relation among performance of school educators with foster ethical of students. There is a meaningful relation among school educators with social development of students. There isnʹt a meaningful relation among performance of school educators about social and foster ethical of students.
