Abstract :
ABSTRACT: This research tries to investigate the relationship between organizational health and organizational trust of Islamic Azad Universities in Northern Iran. The current research proposes hypotheses in the form of relationship between organizational health and its dimensions (institutional unity, influence, considerateness, organizing, support, collective morale, and scientific verification) with organizational trust. Therefore, correlation was used to test hypotheses. Statistical population of the research involves all employees of Azad universities in northern provinces including Golestan (district 10) with 328 people and Mazandaran (district 3) with 1556 people and Gilan (district 17) with 799 people and 298 people were selected as sample size by means of categorical accidental sampling. Research data gathering tool was two standard questionnaires of organizational health and organizational trust. Step-wise regression, Pearson correlation analysis and descriptive statistics were used to analyze data. Research findings show that there is positive and significant relationship between all dimensions of organizational health and organizational trust such that organizational health increase (in all dimensions) will lead to organizational trust increase.
