Abstract :
ABSTRACT: In order to evaluate the effect of drought stress on yield of soybean (Glycin Max L.) genotypes an experiment was conducted in a randomized complete blocks design in drought stress condition and two replication in Agricultural College of Guilan university in 2008. The results of correlation coefficient showed was positive and significant correlations grain yield with fresh & dry weight of plant and the number of seed per plant .Stepwise regression analysis for grain yield showed that the number of seeds per plant and one hundred seed weight were important characters on grain yield and path analysis on phenotypic correlations showed that the numbers of seeds per plant have highest positive direct effect on grain yield under drought stress condition.
