Abstract :
Several ether, oxime, and amide derivatives related to 1 and 3 were synthesized and tested as PGI2 agonists. The results reveal the importance of the orientation between carboxylic acid and terminal diphenyl groups in order to obtain high affinity interaction with PGI2 receptors.
