Syntheses and properties of novel thiono triester modified antisense oligodeoxynucleotide phosphorothioates

A new class of the thiono triester containing oligodeoxynucleotide phosphorothioates, an antisense inhibitor against HIV, has been synthesized, which shows improved nuclease stability, cellular association and binding affinity.
