Artemisinin derivatives with 12-aniline substitution: Synthesis and antimalarial activity

10 New artemisinin derivatives were synthesized by the reaction of dihydroartemisinin and aromatic amines in the presence of acidic catalyst. These compounds showed more effective in vivo against Plasmodium berghei in mice than artemisinin.
