Abstract :
Proposes a fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (AHP) with an extent analysis approach to determine the importance weights for the customer requirements in quality function deployment (QFD). Probability that the approach can improve the imprecise ranking of customer requirements inherited from studies based on the conventional AHP; Possibility that the approach can prioritize customer requirements in the QFD process.
