Abstract :
In order to evaluate soybean genotypes for resistance to stress assessment In autumn 2011, Seven genotypes in both normal and stress conditions in a completely randomized design with three replications were studied. In two separate experiments for the study of drought stress on germination of soybean plants was conducted. Analysis of variance showed that the numbers of all the traits measured, Except for germination is significant at 1%, and with the differences between the figures is justified due to genetic differences. Between genotypes in germination, at 5% level and other characteristics measured at 1% level, there are significant differences. The important point is about two characters in length and root dry weight. Despite the significant difference in root length trait, is not a significant difference in root dry weight. The genotype effect on germination, except in terms of other traits that showed significant effects. Comparison of genotypes showed germination factors The highest germination percentage with 98.6% (1.49) In genotype NO. 3 (G3) has been made, However, significant differences between treatments and the level of G1, G2, G4 and G5 were present. The results show that the genotypes G6 and G7 were less than the percentage of germination. Similar results between the genotypes and the speed of the germination period can be seen.
