Design and synthesis of isoxazole and isoxazoline linkage for replacement of nucleotide phosphodiester

Synthetic routes for oligonucleotides which have isoxazoline or isoxazole linkage have been developed, and di- and tri-nucleotides with thymine bases have been prepared.
