Abstract :
Isoxazolinylacetamides bearing a phosphoramidate group α- to the carboxylate moiety (3) were prepared and evaluated for in vitro antiplatelet efficacy. They were found to bind GPIIb/IIIa with high affinity and were potent antagonists of ADP mediated platelet aggregation.
