Modeling of Sigma Delta Modulator based Phase Locked Loop

This paper presents a Simulink model of a phase locked loop (PLL) that employs sigma delta modulator. It achieved low phase noise by using of sigma delta modulator in the PLL. Simulation results by Matlab confirm validly of the proposed idea, so it can be used as a good tools for considering estimation, modeling and analysis.
