Abstract
A series of novel phosphonoboronates consisting of PC1B, PCnB, PC(X)CnB, and PCC=CB derivatives were evaluated as MMP-2 inhibitors. Structure–activity relationships (SARs) data for the compounds were discovered and are discussed.
