Abstract :
2,5-Pyridinedicarboxylic acid derivatives were found to be the potent non-nucleoside inhibitors of hepatitis B virus (HBV) with IC50 ≤0.01 μg/mL in a reverse transcriptase inhibitory effect. And they showed the low toxicity compared with the nucleoside analogues.
