Abstract
The Taylor series expansion method developed in this paper is an efficient algorithm for performing the popular Jacobi series expansion for the radiation integral describing the operation of reflector and other circular aperture antennas. This approach results in a Bessel series expansion for the radiation integral. The method is then applied for simplicity to different examples of a source function with rotational symmetry.
