The role of Organizational agility capabilities in the successful performance of the national production

Now in the commercial world, all organizations are being obligated to try to achieve agility in order to win the competition of twenty-first century. Because current organizations have been encountered by increasing pressure due to find modern methods of competition in complex and dynamic markets. The agility is as being versatile against constant and unpredicted changes in the business. So, being agile has many implications for all current organizations which this study is going to investigation organizational agility capabilities on the successful performance of the national production. Research approach is kind of fundamental/descriptive and correlation approach and its statistical population of it is included of all managers, directors and experts of 12th selected organizations of our country which have been chosen by using a classified random sampling method and finally 218 cases have been selected. Library and field method have been applied in order to data collection and at the end, after data collecting and summarization due to analysis all study hypotheses, structural equation modeling techniques have been used. Research finding show that from all the four dimensions of organizational agility capabilities, three of them could have significant positive impact on the successful performance of the national production. These factors are as following (Respectively as their influence priority): 1) Competence in change, 2) Internal& external collaboration such as staff, knowledge and creativity. Of course, for potential changes in product have not seen any significant influence.
