Total activity of nitric oxide synthase (NOS) and the gene expression of both endothelial NOS (eNOS) and inducible NOS (iNOS) isoforms in corpora lutea of pseudopregnant rabbits were examined during prostaglandin F(2alpha) (PGF(2alpha))induced luteolysis.
