Abstract
Background and Aim: Job searching beliefs and employment of nurses as supervisors or
members of medical care group are worth searching. Current research aims at predicting
job searching beliefs of nursing students of University of medical sciences of Isfahan
based on attachment styles and aggression components. Method: In this research, 150
female university students were participated. They were asked to complete Salehi’s Job
searching Questionnaire, Hazan and Shaver’s Attachment style Questionnaire and
Aggressive Questionnaire. Data was analyzed by SPSS version 19. Results: The result of
this study showed that there is a significant relation between variables. Also, three
independent variables of the study can forecast 16% of dependent variable. Conclusion:
evaluation and recognition of job searching beliefs, attachment styles and components of
anger can provide valuable guidelines for mental health of nursing students.
