An expedient synthesis of N6-substituted-5′-modified adenosines

Herein we report a short and efficient synthesis of N6-substituted 5′-modified adenosines, which was achieved in four steps from 2′,3′,5′-tris-O-(tert-butyldimethylsilyl)inosine.
