Aqua mediated synthesis of substituted 2-amino-4H-chromenes catalyzed by green and reusable Preyssler heteropolyacid

A simple, clean and environmentally benign route to the synthesis of 2-amino-4H-chromenes is described using Preyssler type heteropolyacid, H14[NaP5W30O110], as a green and reusable catalyst in water. The products were obtained in very good yields.
