Abstract :
Continuous changes in business environment, has created challenges for human resource management. One of the strategies employed to deal with these challenges is the utilization of knowledge management capabilities and the creation of innovation in organizations. The purpose of this paper is to review the role of human resource management directly and through knowledge management in organizational innovation. The research method used was a survey and the method for gathering data is questionnaire and the statistical population of this study is Research & Development Staffs’ of Mellat bank. Further, we proposed seven hypotheses and factors analysis show that all of them are confirmed. Finally, according to research findings, some suggestions are presented to the scientific community and organization.
