Abstract :
A good correlation between fifty-percent inhibitory concentration (IC50) of hybrid liposomes (HL) composed of dimyristoylphosphatidylcholine and polyoxyethylene(n) dodecyl ether on the growth of MOLT-4/IIIB cells (MOLT-4 cells chronically infected with human immunodeficiency virus (HIV)) and the membrane fluidity of HL was obtained. Furthermore, the huge enhancement of virus production was observed in the latently HIV-infected (J22-HL-60) cells after the treatment with HL.
