3-Deoxy-3-substituted- -myo-inositol imidazolyl ether lipid phosphates and carbonate as inhibitors of the phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase pathway and cancer cell growth

3-Modified -myo-inositol imidazolyl ether lipid phosphates and a carbonate were synthesized and evaluated as inhibitors of PI3-K and Akt. These data are presented along with IC50 values for the inhibition of the growth of three cancer cell lines.
