Corrections to "Parasitic modes on printed circuit boards and their effects on EMC and signal integrity"

For original paper see C. Schuster and W. Fichmer, IEEE Trans. Electromagn. Compat., vol. 43, p 416-425, (2001). This paper gives a correction to the equation for the wave impedance(eta)/sub pp/ of an outgoing radial parallel plane wave, there being a subscript "r" missing from one of the terms.
