Computer Algebra Techniques in Affinity Binding Equations: the Dimer Case

In this note we apply computer algebra techniques to affinity binding equations. We treat the situation in which the protein is dimeric and shows cooperative binding. Special attention is paid to the case where more than one molecule of the immobilized ligand can be bound by the macromolecule.
