Lethal synchronization of multivessel instability in acute coronary syndrome

Patients with acute coronary syndromes can display widespread coronary instability. We report a case presenting with ST segment elevation myocardial infarction and rapid progression to thrombosis of all major epicardial coronary arteries documented by angiography and at autopsy.
