Abstract :
Taking into account collisional damping as a diffusion of nonuniformity of space distribution of the charges allows to present plasma polarization as a regular integral. Estimates of permittivity can be drawn from the proposed regular integral for both large and small frequences compared to wave number multiplied by thermal velocity of charges. It is shown that in nonideal plasmas: (1) plasma wave decrement decreases as nonideality grows, (2) negative dispersion appears for large wave number, (3) ion-sound waves appear to be possible even in isothermal plasmas and their frequency turns out to be greater than the standard value about 1.5 times.
