Multigraded Rees algebras of image-primary ideals in local rings of dimension greater than one

Let I1,…,Ig be image-primary ideals in a local ring image. Set R[It]colon, equalsR[I1t1,…,Igtg] and image. In this paper we show that if R is a Cohen–Macaulay (CM) local ring of dimension greater than two and if image is CM with minimal multiplicity, then g=1.
