Cyclotomic Birman–Murakami–Wenzl algebras

We introduce an extension of the Birman–Murakami–Wenzl Algebra that is related to the braid group of the cylinder and show it to be semi-simple in the generic case. This algebra supports a faithful Markov trace that gives rise to link invariants in the solid torus.
