Abstract :
People see their environment differently through frosted windows, rose-colored glasses, or expansive skyscraper views. Leaders define the values for how that environment is created and viewed by others. With effective leadership the plan for achieving success integrates professional will, vision, strategy, and a tactical plan. The challenge for health care executives is to create values for quality patient care that balance productivity and foster innovation that can thrive within the current constrained financial market.
