Criteria for generalized diagonally dominant matrices and M-matrices. II Original Research Article

We provide new necessary and sufficient conditions for verifying (strictly) generalized diagonally dominant matrices by applying the inverse of a partitioned matrix and obtain some criteria for identifying (nonsingular) M-matrices.
