The eigenvalue problem for a matrix of a special form and its applications Original Research Article

This paper investigates the properties of eigenvalues and eigenvectors of a matrix image of order 2N, where J is a symmetric tridiagonal real matrix of order N, R and C are positive diagonal matrices of order N, and I is the identity matrix. The obtained results are then used to solve the corresponding system of differential equations with the boundary and initial conditions.
