Abstract :
This study examined the contribution of psychological contract to understand
employee satisfaction using Questionnaire instrument as a tool to collected data
from managerial post of one of the big power generating company of Gujarat state.
Here the discussion about that what is the Employees’ perceptions of Employer’s
Obligations towards Employees and vise verso. Mainly two factors consider
understanding the relation of psychological contract for employee satisfaction and
working environment.
