Mixed apical left ventricular hypertrophic cardiomyopathy with surrenal adenoma

Diagnostic criteria of apical hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (HCM) consist of electrocardiographic (T wave inversion), echocardiographic (apical/septal wall thickness ratio>1.5) and angiographic (spade-like ventriculography) findings. Mutations of contractile proteins may be associated with endocrine malignancy.
