Ventricular tachycardia in Duchenneʹs muscular dystrophy

We report a case of a 31-year-old man with severe Duchenneʹs muscular dystrophy and sustained ventricular tachycardia. Serial electrophysiologic studies demonstrated the inefficiency of antiarrhythmic drugs in our patient who died after the implant of an automatic cardioverter defibrillator. A literature review is made.
