Abstract :
The present research studies the effective factors of employees’ empowerment and introducing the strategies for its improvement in the IRAN KHODRO company. For this purpose, the effective approaches, aspects and factors and various empowerment ways are studied. In this research, delegation of authority, group formation, independence, providing participatory management and information in decision making were assessed as the main ways of empowerment; in this regard, the results of research confirm all of the foregoing. On the other side by making gap analysis on these aspects, their status was analyzed more precisely in the organization. In the end, we benefit from the obtained results to provide suggestions on employees’empowerment.
