The introduction of medicinal plants of Delafrooz Mountain in the central Zagros (Kohgiluyeh region, Iran) for local jobs

ABSTRACT: Iran has one of the most enriched floras of the world. Concerning to this point that noticeable percent of Iran species is mach of medicinal plant, so point from this point, it has great potentiality. On the other hand the revealing of lateral effects of chemical medicinal, cause that the usage of medicinal plants are incredibly concerned. This day along the entire world, there is a special attention toward that source in the way of curing. This process is such an incredible process that the exports of pharmacy science named the 20th century the century of returning to the nature and the use of medicinal plants. The purpose of this survey (study) is gathering and identifying medicinal plant of Delafrooz Mountain in central Zagros. First of all the basic information in this study is gathered and then some visit from the region is done. Then recorded 220 plots 2*2 along of transect .The basic number of the species in every plot is estimated. The position of every plot is recorded by GPS. Then some visit of the region is done and frequently is referred to the region to gather the plants and also some samples of plants in the plat which were not but the ones which were in the region or gathered. By using the sources and by traveling to the region and referring to the experts, medicinal plants are gathered and some information of the scientific name, family name, Growth form, Biological form and Life of species is noted. The result showed that about 31 of the species which are gathered are medicinal and finally medicinal organism the plant is introduced.
