The relationship between thinking styles of brain quadrant and managersʹʹ skills in primary education in orumieh city of iran

This research as" The relationship between thinking styles of brain quadrant and managersʹ skills in primary education in orumieh city of iran " was done in2010-2011. This thesis has investigated about the relationship between four brain quadrant thinking styles (A-quadrant Analytical thinking style, B-quadrant Sequence thinking style, C-quadrant Interpersonal thinking style, D-quadrant Creative thinking style) with each of the components of management skills (Technical skills, Human and perceptual). Research tools, questionnaire with 60 questions measuring a brain quadrant dominance Herrmann to evaluate thinking styles and to assess managersʹ skills components Pur Ali questionnaire was used. The questionnaire final factor of measuring brain quadrant dominance of Leaders based on Kodr – Richardson method is 21 (0.78) and the questionnaire final factor of managersʹ skills based on Cronbakh Alpha method is (0.9257). The statistical population consisted of all primary school principals in Urmia, which is based on census sampling, is equal to 157. Data analysis using Pearson correlation and regression analysis was performed. The results show that: there is a positive and meaningful relationship between dominance of A-quadrant Analytical thinking style, C-quadrant Interpersonal thinking style and D-quadrant Creative thinking style with managersʹ skills and there is no relationship between B-quadrant Sequences thinking style with managersʹ skills.
