Restriction estimates for some surfaces with vanishing curvatures

We obtain bilinear restriction estimates for surfaces with vanishing curvatures. As application we also prove new linear restriction estimates for some class of conic surfaces. © 2010 Elsevier Inc. All rights reserved.
